GRINDING SHEETS

We are able to grind sheets up to any desired grit size. Our machines create a beautiful and even grinding profile, with the required roughness value (up to Ra 0,1). We grind and polish various types of materials. In terms of measurement there are no limits due to our extensive machine park. We process standard formats as well as custom sheet metal with a variety in thickness, width and length.

FINISHING TUBES

Our Metalfinish department features several machines for the mechanical grinding and polishing of both the inside and outside of tubes, to achieve any desired roughness. It is of the highest importance within the food- and pharmaceutical industry that bacteria and other contamination can be eliminated as much as possible. By grinding the tubes internally, the formation of bacteria will be less occurring, which makes the cleaning process easier.

SQUARE AND RECTANGULAR TUBES

Our machine park contains two large machines for grinding and polishing square and rectangular tubes. We grind and polish about 625 kilometers of these tubes on a yearly base within the mechanical grinding department. The most common tubes go up to measurements as 150x150x7500 mm. However, if you have a special request, it is also possible to finish tubes that are wider that 150mm.

GRINDING VESSEL HEADS

The grinding of vessel heads and shells is done both in our workshop as well as on site (within Europe). It is often a process that is combined with the grinding of sheets after which all the parts are welded together as one. Our employees will then remove all weldings and eventual transport damages on site.
