We can grind and polish tubes up to every desired roughness (internal and external). One of our USP’s is our in-house developed tube grinding machines which can grind and polish tubes internally up to a length of 14,5 meters and up to any desired grit size. These lengths will be provided with measurement reports

EVERYTHING MADE TO ORDER

We grind and polish tubes up to any desired grain size. Our machines create a nice and even grinding profile with the requested roughness value (up to Ra 0.1). We grind and polish all non-ferrous materials. Both standard size and custom-made tubes without restrictions in maximum length or thickness. The products are always packed individually and with care.

Machinepark

Our extensive machine park ensures our flexibility in terms of dimensions and delivery times. It consists of:

Three grinding machines for the external grinding of tubes
Size of the tubes available up to 12 meters, no limits when it comes to diameter
Three grinding machines for the internal grinding of tubes
Tubes under 6 meters with a minimum diameter of 20 mm Tubes between 6 and 14,5 meters with a minimum diameter of 100 mm

We have three grinding machines for internal use. Two of the machines were developed in-house and enable us to grind and polish tubes internally with a length up to 14,5 meters (including measurement reports).

ACT QUICKLY

One of our core values of the Metalfinish Group is flexibility when it comes to possibilities and delivery. If necessary, our workstations will run 24/7 to complete the job on time. We can act quickly due to the number of machines we possess. For example, our honemachine can grind up to three tubes at the same time.

PACKAGING

All tubes will be individually packed with tubular foil. It is also possible to deliver the tubes with fiber laser foil. We bundle everything based on the size of measurements or other customer requests.
