MANUAL GRINDING AND POLISHING

Manual grinding and polishing of complex products. Work is performed in our workshop and on site worldwide and within all branches of industry: the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry, superyacht industry, art objects and architectonic objects. We are involved in custom work regarding various alloys. We work on stainless steel products, as well as aluminum, duplex, super duplex, alloy, hastelloy, titanium, etcetera.

MANUALLY GRINDING AND POLISHING

We offer a worldwide service for new objects and repair services. Next to that we work at our workshop in the Netherlands. The following finishes can be performed manually:

• High gloss/ mirror 8 polishing
• Grinding for roughness (RA value)
• Different grit sizes (grit size 60-800 or less)
• Brushing in line
• Brushing directionless

A WIDE VARIETY OF MATERIALS

The finishing of stainless-steel products with complex shapes is usually done manually. In addition to achieving the desired RA values, the appearance and looks of an object can also be of high value. Our employees are able to finish various products according to the needed requirements. We work with all sorts of non-ferrous materials, not only stainless steel. Think of aluminum, copper, brass, titanium and (super) duplex.
